  • 1.核桃仁用平底锅小火焙烤一会,看到表面变色就好了,脱不脱皮都可以,我没脱皮是舍不得皮上的那点具有防治脱发和肾结石的功效的营养。
  • 2.掰碎
  • 3.黄油和巧克力混在一起
  • 4.烘焙纸垫一下模具,预热烤箱185℃
  • 5.黄油和巧克力隔水
  • 6.加热融化
  • 7.加入细砂糖,混合均匀糖融化
  • 8.加入鸡蛋搅拌均匀
  • 9.使蛋液与巧克力溶液完全融合
  • 10.筛入低粉
  • 11.拌到无干粉就可以了,不要过分搅拌
  • 12.加入核桃碎稍微搅拌一下即可
  • 13.倒入模具中轻震几下
  • 14.烤箱中层上下火180℃烤20分钟左右
  • 15.烤熟了的布朗尼立即出炉,提起烘焙纸脱模
  • 16.揭开四周的油纸放烤网上晾凉,装袋保存。
