燥热的夏天,一口细滑冰凉的布丁入口,顿时觉得整个世界都清凉了几分。而在原味布丁的基础上,加入了少许百利甜酒。其独特的香味,让这款布丁更加美味哦~

  • 淡奶油120ml
  • 百利甜酒40ml
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 蛋黄2个
  • 一小撮
  • 细砂糖40g

Steps to make 百利甜布丁

  • 1.准备好全部材料;
  • 2. 鸡蛋+蛋黄+糖+盐,用手动打蛋器搅打均匀;
  • 3. 加入牛奶和淡奶油,继续搅拌均匀;
  • 4. 加入百利甜酒,依旧是搅拌均匀;
  • 5. 将布丁奶浆过筛,3~4次,次数越多,奶浆机会越细腻。然后静置30分钟以上;
  • 6.预热烤箱165度。预热快要结束时,将布丁奶浆倒入模具中,7分满即可;
  • 7. 取一个大的深烤盘,将布丁杯放入烤盘中,用锡纸封口,再将烤盘中注入足量的热水。热水的量要没过布丁杯1/2以上为佳;
  • 8.预热结束后,将烤盘送入烤箱,中层。设定烤箱为上下火,160度,烘烤35分钟左右。可以用牙签测试一下,如果牙签插入布丁杯中,竖立不倒,就是已经烤熟了;
  • 9.烘烤结束后,取出布丁杯,待室温凉透后送入冰箱冷藏,2~3小时后即可食用,也可以冷藏过夜食用。
