  • 1.主料。
  • 2.五花肉焯水。
  • 3.五花肉切小块。
  • 4.炒锅倒油,油热后放入五花肉煸炒。

  • 6. 炒至五花肉微微上色后加老抽、葱、姜、八角煸炒。
  • 7.五花肉炒出香味儿后倒入砂煲,加适量热水。
  • 8.大火煮开后改小火炖40分钟。
  • 9.放入鹌鹑蛋,盐,继续炖煮20分钟即可。
  • 10.炖好的元宝肉。
  • 11.生菜洗净摆入盘中,将元宝肉盛在生菜上。
