腊八粥
腊八粥可能是我对于腊八节最深的执念了。
小时候,每年腊八前一天,姥姥就开始选豆子。
干瘪长芽的豆子被撇出来,留下那些粒大饱满的豆子,在阳光下滚来滚去,实在美丽得美。
到粥熟之时,锅边的白色雾气欢腾而起,看了便让人心生欢喜。
香甜的气息每次都引诱我烫到舌头,从年幼到如今。

  • 红豆20g
  • 绿豆20g
  • 黄豆20g
  • 莲子20g
  • 栗子5颗
  • 山药10g
  • 大米20g
  • 小米20g
  • 薏米20g
  • 糯米50g
  • 百合3g
  • 桂圆3g
  • 清水2L
  • 红枣5颗
  • 花生20g

Steps to make 腊八粥

  • 1.挑选红豆,绿豆,黄豆,莲子,花生各20g,一定要提前泡发一夜,才能煮出软糯的口感~
  • 2.再取大米、小米、薏米各20g,糯米50g,淘洗干净,浸泡十分钟。
  • 3.取四五颗红枣。我一般都会去核,吃起来口感会更好。
  • 4.向锅中注入2升水,烧开。加入各种豆,大火煮20分钟。
  • 5.再加入各种谷物,放入栗子、红枣、莲子、桂圆、山药、百合等食材。改小火熬制1个小时左右,记住一定要小火!香甜暖糯的营养腊八粥就出锅啦。
