  • 菠菜100克

Steps to make 花样饭团--香煎菠菜饭团

  • 1.准备主要材料,洗净。
  • 2.大米里加入鸡汤,煮熟。
  • 3.菠菜去蒂洗净。
  • 4.锅里水烧热后加入盐,把菠菜烫熟。
  • 5.烫熟的菠菜捞出过冷水。
  • 6.把水份拧干。
  • 7.把菠菜切碎。
  • 8.煮好的鸡汤米饭盛出来。
  • 9.加入菠菜碎。
  • 10.加入海苔碎和熟芝麻。
  • 11.把米饭拌匀。
  • 12.把拌好的米饭装入慕斯圈或者饭团模。
  • 13.双手沾冷开水或者用保鲜膜包裹饭团。
  • 14.把培根包裹在饭团外。
  • 15.用牙签固定。
  • 16.锅里加入少量油,把培根卷煎熟。
  • 17.盛出垫在紫苏叶上。
  • 18.附普通饭团做法:米饭与肉松拌匀。
  • 19.再加入适量黑芝麻。
  • 20.整形成三角形,包一条海苔就可以了。
