  • 冬瓜500克
  • 姜片20克
  • 花椒10粒
  • 食盐4克

Steps to make 龙骨玉米冬瓜煲

  • 1.准备原料;
  • 2.将鲜玉米剁小块;
  • 3.将冬瓜去皮去瓤切块;
  • 4.将龙骨凉水下锅焯烫一下捞出;
  • 5.砂锅内水开后,倒入焯烫好的龙骨,放入姜片、花椒粒开始炖煮,开水锅十分钟用中高火炖煮,之后转小火;
  • 6.用筷子扎一下龙骨,能够扎透后,倒入切好的玉米段继续炖煮;
  • 7.待玉米煮熟后,倒入冬瓜块,炖熟,放入食盐调味即可。
