【闽菜】荔枝鸡球——日啖谁能厌,我今欲当餐
自古以来,中国历代诗词中涉及到荔枝的就有很多。

    《荔枝赞》  石榴红似火,鲜荔赤如丹。 日啖谁能厌,我今欲当餐。

    对我来说,荔枝可是我最爱的水果之一,我是非常乐意拿荔枝当餐,日日啖也绝对不会生厌。

    莆田因盛产荔枝而别名“荔城。广州和福建都盛产荔枝,荔枝肉是有名的一道闽菜,但是并没有荔枝,只是色、形、味皆似荔枝而得名。我这道荔枝鸡球,材料中有荔枝,配上红黄彩椒,颜色上非常的喜人,自己看了也是心情大好。口感上,鸡球Q嫩,荔枝也很好吃,和生食相比,另又一番风味。没试过水果入菜的,凭想象也许会觉得味道很怪,其实不然,尝下汤汁就知道了,味道绝对不怪,是另一种风味的浑然天成哦。

    喜欢这道菜圆圆的样子,很可爱。所以狂拍一通。再加上我的选择性障碍,每次在挑选照片上就体现的非常严重,所以多放几张吧,实在是舍不得去掉,喜欢他们Q润圆滑的样子,嘿嘿。

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.鸡肉剁成肉末,加一个鸡蛋、盐、蚝油、料酒。
  • 3.顺时针搅拌至上劲。
  • 4.用手湿水搓成丸子放油锅里中火炸成金黄色。
  • 5.荔枝剥去壳去核,彩椒切成块。
  • 6.炒锅热油,爆香葱姜。下彩椒翻炒。
  • 7.放入荔枝肉、丸子,将花椒粉、鸡精、盐、蚝油、水淀粉调成汁倒入。
  • 8.加葱段,烧沸即可。
  • 9.趁热吃吧。
