  • 鸡蛋1个

  • 可可粉10克
  • 红曲粉5克
  • buttermilk165克
  • 小苏打1/2匙
  • 白醋1/2匙
  • 1/4匙
  • 低筋面粉170克
  • 香草精1/2匙

Steps to make buttermilk版红丝绒蛋糕

  • 1.无盐黄油室温软化,加糖打发
  • 2.分三次加入鸡蛋液,每加入一次都要充分打发再加新的蛋液
  • 3.这是打发好的状态,成羽毛状
  • 4.然后加入1/3过筛的低粉,可可粉,红曲粉和盐,搅拌均匀
  • 5.再加入1/2的buttermilk,搅拌均匀,再加入1/3的过筛粉,然后再加入剩下的buttermilk,最后把剩下的粉过筛拌匀,放入香草精拌匀
  • 6.小苏打和白醋混合倒入拌好的粉里,迅速拌匀
  • 7.倒入纸模,放入预热好的175度烤箱,烤20-30分钟,根据自家烤箱定
  • 8.最后裱花即可(请忽略我拙略的裱花)
