南瓜汤圆
汤圆本身的颜色是南瓜和菠菜自带的颜色,对色素有抵抗心理的妈妈们可以尝试一下哈,虽然有点小小的工序复杂呵呵!

Details of ingredients

  • 去皮蒸熟的南瓜100G
  • 水糯米100G
  • 清水大概90ML左右
  • 熟黑芝麻40G
  • 白砂糖30G
  • 蜂蜜10G
  • 无盐奶油40G

Steps to make 南瓜汤圆

  • 1.熟黑芝麻粉与白砂糖混合.
  • 2.无盐奶油融化。用纯猪油也可以,我这里没有猪油,就用奶油代替啦。
  • 3.黑芝麻粉,糖,奶油,蜂蜜混合在一起.
  • 4. 搅拌均匀,压实,然后等分成20个大小适当的圆形,做馅。喜欢馅大些的,就多做些馅。
  • 5.蒸熟的南瓜与糯米粉混合,再慢慢倒入清水,一边用手将南瓜与糯米面揉均匀。
  • 6.水的使用量会因您使用的南瓜的品种而大有不同,我使用的是含水量很少的南瓜,国内一般的南瓜都是含水很大,因此要减少水的加入量.总之到最后,将面团揉成耳垂那样柔软程度就可以了。
  • 7.将面团分成20份,每份大约18G。剩下一点点加些菠菜汁和成绿色面团. 取一小份面团,按扁,放入一颗做好的馅。
  • 8.揉成光滑的圆形。
  • 9.再顶部轻按一个小坑.
  • 10.用牙签印出南瓜的纹路.
  • 11.最后用绿色菠菜汁混合的面团搓成小圆柱,沾些水按在顶部的小坑里,做南瓜蒂。
  • 12.开水下锅,轻轻放入,注意将带有南瓜蒂的一端朝上,沸水煮至漂浮即可。
