Steps to make 豆腐乳

  • 1.买一包腐乳菌。
  • 2.倒入一小碗中用水化开。
  • 3.市场买一老豆腐,切块入筛晾干水份,把豆腐一个个入腐乳菌碗中打个滚,放入筛中。
  • 4.盖上盖子,放阴晾通风处,几天后就长出白白的毛菌。
  • 5.辣椒粉中加盐。
  • 6.把干橙皮与入角用判理机打碎。
  • 7.打碎后倒入粗辣椒粉中加盐,盐要多放,不然腐乳会坏。
  • 8.把豆腐夹出在高度白酒打个滚。
  • 9.在放入辣椒粉中裹均匀。
  • 10.把它们逐个放入干净无水的瓶中,如讲究些倒入一些熟油浸泡着豆腐乳!
  • 11.大约一两个月豆腐乳就可以夹出来吃了,时间越长味道越香!
