红豆粽子
红豆粽子还是太后喜欢的,还是那个要求:豆不要太绵软,糯米不要煮太烂!那样的粽子,才有嚼头!
    话说太后喜欢喝茶后。吃粽子也要叫我泡上一壶茶,然后和老爷子在露台上来个中式的浪漫下午茶。
    太后比较喜欢喝铁观音,而老爷子的口味跟我相似,要喝普洱。为此,太后和老爷子每天为喝什么茶斗嘴,(打情骂俏那种斗嘴)(*^__^*) 嘻嘻……
    后来,俺给出谋划策,每次泡两壶,一壶铁观音,一壶普洱!还以为问题可以解决了呢,谁知道两老又为我这个闺女该喝谁泡的茶,是喝铁观音还是普洱,又杠上了........!到最后,我是又喝普洱又喝铁观音,这才让太后和老爷子这两老顽童安静下来喝茶。
   家有老顽童,其乐融融.......

Steps to make 红豆粽子

  • 1.粽叶放入开水中烫软,捞出后用清水洗净备用
  • 2.用剪刀将前面带径的部分剪掉
  • 3.糯米和红豆用清水泡3-4小时后捞出洗净控干水份,加适量白糖、橄榄油拌均匀
  • 4.处理好的叶子卷成漏斗状,将红豆糯米加满
  • 5.先向上折一边叶子
  • 6.再反折过来封口
  • 7.包成三角形状
  • 8.用棉线捆绑结实
  • 9.将粽子放入电压锅,加水没过粽子面,煮至1-3小时即可
