Steps to make 烤生蚝

  • 1.生蚝用刷子将外壳洗干净,再用刀打开壳子,就这一步非常需要体力和耐心。
  • 2.大蒜头剥皮,用刀切碎,锅内倒适量的油,加入蒜末炒香,再倒入生抽调味。
  • 3.将炒好的蒜末放入生蚝上,再加点剁椒(没有也可以不放,放了更有味)。
  • 4.将生蚝放入烤箱中层,上下层180度烤12分钟。
  • 5.最后撒上葱花即可。
