芝麻饼干做法(烤箱烤饼干)
很简单的一款饼干,但是吃起来味道超好的哦,下午茶就来几块饼干一杯咖啡吧。

  • 鸡蛋30克
  • 泡打粉1克

Steps to make 芝麻饼干做法(烤箱烤饼干)

  • 1.材料:低筋面粉180克,黄油80克,糖粉70克,鸡蛋30克,奶粉20克,泡打粉1克,黑白芝麻适量。
  • 2.软化的黄油加糖粉搅拌均匀。
  • 3.用打蛋器打发一分钟。
  • 4.分三次加鸡蛋液,先搅拌均匀。
  • 5.然后用打蛋器继续打发至体积蓬松的状态。
  • 6.倒入奶粉搅拌均匀。
  • 7.将低筋面粉和泡打粉倒入搅拌均匀。
  • 8.将材料放在硅胶垫上,上面撒上黑白芝麻。(量看自己喜欢)如果面团有点稀的话可以适量加点低粉进去。
  • 9.用手将芝麻揉搓进去,然后滚成圆柱形。
  • 10.用保鲜膜包起来,放进冰箱冷冻30分钟。
  • 11. 切成厚度差不多的小圆片,放进铺有锡纸的烤盘上。
  • 12. 放进烤箱的中层。烤箱170度预热10分钟,上下管170度15分钟即可。(温度可根据自家烤箱实际温度来适当调节)
  • 13.出炉的小饼干。
