  • 1.将黄油和糖放入微波炉中加热至融化。
  • 2.倒入牛奶搅拌均匀。
  • 3.筛入低筋面粉。
  • 4.翻拌均匀。
  • 5.将液体过滤一遍。
  • 6.用勺子盛出蛋糕液,倒入平底锅小火加热,一定要不停的挪动锅体,以免中间糊。一共摊了14张饼皮。摊好后,晾凉备用。
  • 7.将榴莲肉搅碎。
  • 8.将淡奶油打发。
  • 9.在饼皮上均匀地涂上淡奶油。
  • 10.再涂上榴莲肉。一直到所有的饼皮都重叠上。
