咖喱牛腩
咖喱的主要成分是姜黄粉、川花椒、八角、胡椒、桂皮、丁香和芫荽籽等含有辣味的香料,能促进唾液和胃液的分泌,增加胃肠蠕动,增进食欲;促进血液循环,达到发汗的目的;咖喱所含的姜黄素具有激活肝细胞并抑制癌细胞的功能;还具有协助伤口愈合、预防老年痴呆症的作用;还可以改善便秘,有益于肠道健康。

Steps to make 咖喱牛腩

  • 1.牛腩洗净切块,入沸水锅中焯烫出血沫后捞出,煮锅加水烧开,放入牛腩,姜,料酒,陈皮,上盖转小火煮90分钟左右,捞出牛腩,捡出姜和陈皮留汤备用
  • 2.洋葱剥去外层干皮,切去两头洗净切块
  • 3.炒锅烧热放油,放入洋葱炒香
  • 4.倒入牛腩汤,放适量盐和油咖喱酱搅匀后放入牛腩,上盖转小火煮20分钟左右,中火收浓汤汁即可
  • 5.浓浓的咖喱香,来碗米饭开始吃吧^-^
