【牛蒡煲猪骨】

  • 1.材料
  • 2.猪骨飞水并冲洗干净。
  • 3.胡萝卜洗净切块
  • 4.牛蒡洗净切块(不要去皮)。
  • 5.生姜拍扁。
  • 6.以上所有材料全部放入汤煲中,并加入适量的清水(大约是材料的2-2.5倍)
  • 7.盖上盖子,大火煮开后改小孩煲2-2.5个小时。
  • 8.加入适量的盐调味,继续煲10分钟即可。
