  • 2.一小勺碱面用适量水化开,即成碱水
  • 3.糖浆,油,碱水搅匀加入面粉合成光滑的面团
  • 4.红豆馅儿捏成小丸子
  • 5.面团饧发揉光分成小份分别包入红豆丸子馅儿收口捏紧
  • 6.用月饼磨具刻出图案
  • 7.放入烤箱200度烤5分钟定型
  • 8.刷一层蛋黄液再入烤箱175度15分钟
  • 9.烤好的
  • 10.满满的红豆很香
