    Steps to make 蜜汁糯米藕

    • 1.糯米泡两个小时(夏天两个小时,冬天五小时左右),莲藕洗净削皮。
    • 2.藕从一头切开两三厘米的帽子,把糯米灌进去,灌一点用筷子捅一下。
    • 3.帽子里不用放糯米,用牙签封口。
    • 4.锅里放红糖和冰糖,根据自己的喜好,喜欢甜的多放一点。不喜欢的少放,喜欢的可以加各种干果。
    • 5.莲藕放进去煮。不建议用汤锅,煮不出那种粘稠的感觉。最好用压力锅,快。其次是电饭煲。再次是砂锅。根据选择的锅具选择时间。以藕绵软为上。
    • 6.剩下的汤汁熬也可以,放点藕粉也可以,作为蘸的汤汁。可以佐以桂花糖,山楂碎,果酱等食用。
