可可核桃酥
常食核桃有益于大脑的营养补充,具有健脑益智的作用。可女儿不太喜欢单吃。于是我把核桃仁添加到各种糕点中,这下她可来者不拒,吃得很带劲。微苦的可可味、香酥的核桃饼干,确实不错呢。

  • 核桃仁40克
  • 糖粉50克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 泡打粉2克
  • 小苏打1克
  • 可可粉8克

Steps to make 可可核桃酥

  • 1.盆中放入鸡蛋、油、糖粉
  • 2.搅打均匀
  • 3.筛入各种粉类
  • 4.再放入切碎的核桃仁(核桃仁先130度烤5分钟)
  • 5.揉成团,放入冰箱冷藏30分钟
  • 6.取出面团,分成均匀的几份,搓成小圆球
  • 7.用拇指压扁,中间再放一小块核桃仁
  • 8.烤箱预热,中层185度烤20分钟。烤3分钟左右时盖上锡纸,以防核桃仁烤焦。
