奶油芝士焗龙虾
波士顿龙虾在家喜欢用蒜蓉粉丝蒸,今天换了西式做法,用蘑菇奶油汤先入味再加芝士片焗!

  • 波士顿龙虾2个
  • 白蘑菇2个
  • 洋葱半个
  • 黄油15g
  • 芝士碎少许
  • 干迷迭香少许
  • 少许
  • 淡奶油40g
  • 芝士片2片
  • 白胡椒少许
  • 白葡萄酒少许

Steps to make 奶油芝士焗龙虾

  • 1.买回的波士顿龙虾用水煮至变色
  • 2.把龙虾对半剖开,去掉泥肠
  • 3.洋葱和蘑菇都切成小丁
  • 4.平底锅中加入黄油倒入洋葱末炒出香味
  • 5.加入蘑菇丁翻炒
  • 6.加入少许盐、白胡椒粉、白葡萄酒和适量清水煮开
  • 7.加入适量的淡奶油拌匀煮开至浓稠关火
  • 8.把龙虾肉剥出来后放人酱汁中,其实可以把肉切小块
  • 9.把龙虾肉放回龙虾壳里,再浇上奶油汁
  • 10.放上芝士片和芝士碎,撒上干迷迭香,放人烤箱200度烤8分钟左右看见芝士融化即可
  • 11.奶油芝士焗龙虾完成
