Steps to make 波兰种淡奶油吐司

  • 1.波兰种材料拌匀,盖保鲜膜放冰箱里冷藏发酵。
  • 2.先放水、淡奶油和米糠油。
  • 3.放入波兰种材料和高筋面粉、盐和糖对角放置,酵母埋在面粉中,启动两个揉面程序,能拉出薄薄的手套膜。
  • 4.盖湿布放温暖处发酵2-3倍大。
  • 5.取出放面板上揉面排气,分成6份。
  • 6.取一份揉圆,擀成牛舌状。
  • 7.卷起。
  • 8.全部做好,松弛10分钟。
  • 9.再次擀长,放入葡萄干。
  • 10.卷起。
  • 11.全部做好,放到吐司盒里二次饧发。
  • 12.发酵好的吐司胚。
  • 13.刷蛋液,分别放上椰蓉和黑芝麻。
  • 14.放入预热好的烤箱,中下层,上下火175度,35分钟。
  • 15.新鲜出炉的面包,脱模侧放,冷却后密封保存。
