广式萝卜糕
以前,外婆很会做萝卜糕,每次她都会买十几斤白萝卜,一次做好多,然后叫妈妈去拿。这样我家就会连续好几天早餐都是粥配萝卜糕,但是,我一点也不会觉得腻,吃完了还会期待下一次。现在,我偶尔也会做自己做来吃,虽然不如外婆做得好,但一样的美味。

Steps to make 广式萝卜糕

  • 1.香菇,腊肠切碎,虾米洗干净。
  • 2.白萝卜去皮,擦丝。
  • 3.粘米粉350克加水400克,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.锅里加一点油,把香菇,腊肠,虾米炒香。
  • 5.倒入萝卜丝,加盐,继续翻炒,炒至萝卜变软,可以轻松夹断,加少许鸡精和白糖。
  • 6.再次把粘米粉奖搅拌均匀,趁热倒入萝卜丝里,拌匀。
  • 7.放入模具里,压平,我用的是学厨磅蛋糕模具,是三个的量。
  • 8.蒸40分钟,晾凉后取出。
  • 9.蒸熟的萝卜糕可以直接食用,也可以等它凉投切片煎着吃。
