  • 1.新鲜的里脊肉 除去筋
  • 2.切厚片 大小按自己的喜好
  • 3.淀粉用清水泡一个小时充分吸收
  • 4.倒掉淀粉里的清水
  • 5.淀粉和肉片用手抓匀 这个过程比较慢些
  • 6.油开 小火炸
  • 7.炸好捞出 再次复炸一次
  • 8.锅内放适量的水白醋糖姜丝 葱
  • 9.翻炒充分沾满汁 撒香菜翻一下 出锅
