  • 1.准备食材。

  • 4.起锅锅热下油,倒入姜末、蒜末、花椒粉、辣椒粉、大蒜叶碎、葱、豆瓣酱,稍爆香。
  • 5.放豆腐,加适量糖和胡椒面,加2-3汤匙高汤或清水,轻轻兜几下。
