香菇板栗鸡腿煲

Steps to make 香菇板栗鸡腿煲

  • 1.板栗去外壳。
  • 2.放进沸水中汆一下。
  • 3.剥去里面的薄膜。
  • 4.鸡腿去骨切小块,(这一步可省略,因我是让菜场摊主帮忙处理好的。)
  • 5.香菇洗净也放进沸水中汆一下即可捞出。
  • 6.切小块。
  • 7.鸡块沥干水分放进大碗内,加一勺料酒,加一勺生抽,加少量的盐,加入姜丝和葱白一起拌匀腌制一会。
  • 8.锅内加入适量的油,油热加入少量的白砂糖。
  • 9.开小火使糖融化变黄即可关火。
  • 10.倒入腌制好的鸡块翻炒至断生,放入八角,花椒粒一起翻炒。
  • 11.先加入板栗烧至一会,再加入香菇,加入适量的开水,两勺左右的老抽,再加适量的糖,盐,用量按个人口味增减,待水烧开,改小火进行焖煮至熟透。
  • 12.移入砂锅内再烧至一会,最后撒上葱段即可。
