  • 1.准备一块猪肝。
  • 2.切成薄片,清洗干净之后放入葱姜蒜料酒腌制20—30分钟。

  • 4.水开后滑水40—60秒。
  • 5.捞出备用。
  • 6.放入适量盐、一勺酱油,一勺醋,适量鸡精,两勺辣椒油。少许麻油、两滴蚝油、适量蒜。
  • 7.再放入一把香菜。
  • 8.搅拌均匀装盘即可。
