Steps to make 瑶柱鲜虾炒饭

  • 1.瑶柱提前温度泡2小时。
  • 2.洗净后撕成丝。
  • 3.鲜虾仁用盐,白胡椒淀粉抓匀;菜梗、洋葱切碎;磕2到3个鸡蛋,剩米饭一碗备用。
  • 4.起油锅下虾仁煎至变色盛出,下瑶柱炒至金黄盛出。
