Steps to make 椒盐鱼片

  • 1.斜刀片鱼片
  • 2.料酒,葱姜和少量的盐腌制20分钟
  • 3.将鱼片放一个小盆里面,直接撒干淀粉
  • 4.然后拌匀,表面(如图)是干的
  • 5.锅里加多油,六成油温,分次下鱼片炸,炸之前要抖落鱼片上面的干淀粉。
  • 6.炸成金黄色捞出(鱼片不是特别厚,所以不用炸两遍)
  • 7.吃的时候,撒上喜欢的椒盐和辣椒粉。
