【四叶小馆】小面包

  • 白砂糖20g

Steps to make 【四叶小馆】小面包

  • 1.此配料表可以做6个小面包的样子。请根据自己要做的数量按比例增减。
  • 2.黄油除外的材料全部倒进面包机和程光华的面图;而后放入黄油继续揉出筋膜
  • 3.面团发酵,我的面包机花费了90分钟,用手指搓一撮面团,不回缩就是发酵完成了。
  • 4.发酵好的面团取出来揉搓排气,擀平然后修整为长方形,按图对角切好
  • 5.面片从大的一头向小的一头卷过去。发酵至2倍大,刷上蛋液。烤箱上下管180度预热10分钟,面包进炉烘烤15分钟(请根据自家的烤箱情况增减时间或是在面包表面覆上锡皮纸,以免表皮已焦黄了而内里还差一口气)
  • 6.然后就等着出炉了~~~~
  • 7.呐~就是这样大点的
