牛肉炒凤梨
以前总是以为凤梨和菠萝是一回事,只是不同的地方叫法不同,后来通过凤梨事件和网上网友图文并茂地解释,才知道凤梨和菠萝稍有不同,它们的不同之处大概从两个地方体现出来,一个是表面的钉,另一个是叶,笔者愚顿,只会从叶子上分辨,叶子边缘光滑为凤梨,有锯齿为菠萝,大家可以在百度上查询,我就不赘述了。我们这边卖的都是凤梨,好象是从波多黎各过来的,价格很便宜,本人贪心,一个星期买它一个,发现吃到牙都发软,真不知道那些被迫大量吃的人是怎样的感受。



广东人喜欢用菠萝或凤梨入菜,比如凤梨(菠萝)炒鸭、炒牛肉、炒肉片和炒饭等,同时菠萝也可以做点心,都十分受欢迎,这次就趁着开了一个凤梨,用来炒牛肉,真是超美味和下饭。

  • 牛肉约150克
  • 小苏打1/4小勺
  • 玉米粉1/2大勺
  • 食油2大勺
  • 凤梨约200克
  • 小红菜椒1枚
  • 小橙菜椒1枚
  • 洋葱1/4个
  • 洋葱丝1撮
  • 姜片1小撮
  • 椒丝1/2枚量
  • 食盐1/2小勺
  • 食盐1/2小勺
  • 白糖1/4小勺
  • 胡椒粉1/3小勺

Steps to make 牛肉炒凤梨

  • 1.牛肉切片入一容器,先加入牛肉约150克、小苏打1/4小勺,抓至手感粘稠,如果感觉太干,可先加清水1大勺,抓至水分被吸收,感觉还是稍干,再加清水1大勺,加清水时不要一次过加太多,再玉米淀粉1/2大勺,抓均匀,最后加食油,抓匀后静置30分钟,如果放冰箱隔夜更好。
  • 2.把凤梨、小红椒、小橙椒洋葱切块,生姜切片、辣椒、洋葱切丝。
  • 3.置一容器放盐1/2小勺,放清水适量搅拌均匀,加入凤梨块,浸泡约1分钟,捞起稍冲洗,滤水。
  • 4.把牛肉炒至五成熟,盛起备用。
  • 5.升大火,锅热放底油,加入姜片、洋葱丝和辣椒丝,爆香。
  • 6.倒入洋葱、小红椒和小橙椒,稍爆片刻。
  • 7.倒入牛肉和凤梨,烹入食盐1/2小勺、白糖1/4小勺、胡椒粉1/3小勺,快速兜均匀,出锅。
