  • 1.准备好材料。
  • 2.番茄烫去皮,一个切莲花状装入盅里;
  • 3.其余的番茄加少许水榨汁,撇去上面的沫;
  • 4.小鲍鱼去肠洗净,入开水中稍烫即可脱壳; 清洗干净;
  • 5.番茄汁倒入小锅中煮开,然后加半匙白糖、1匙番茄酱、少许盐搅匀;
  • 6.放入鲍鱼仔,加盖文火焗至入味;
  • 7.用水淀粉勾薄芡; 加少许油;
  • 8.倒入莲花盅即可。
