  • 1.省略了打黄油做面团步骤。不过该注意的我还是需要提醒大家。(黄油软化加入糖粉用电动打蛋器打至浓稠。温度很重要。我先放在不锈钢盆里。用盆子装开水。把装黄油糖粉的容器放上融化打发。分次加入全蛋液。常温打发至完全吸收)
  • 2.筛选低粉跟泡打粉分成3份。其中2份加多抹茶粉给熊猫做身体。1份原味给熊猫做脸。同样打发好的黄油蛋液分3份。比例分配。混合筛入盆中拌匀。用刮刀拌匀
  • 3.将双色面团分别装入保鲜袋。入冰箱冷藏30分钟。是为了更好造型。分别碾成3mm左右的薄片。用磨具压出立体熊猫
  • 4.压好的可爱图案。粘在一起。烤盘上铺上吸油纸相隔摆好
  • 5.当当当。进烤炉啦。我所用的材料做出来的小熊猫共14只
  • 6.我分2次烤。温度都是160。第一次用了20分钟。颜色偏深。脆脆的。
  • 7.第二次用了14分钟。颜色有淡淡的抹茶颜色。口感不错
  • 8.zhuang~熊猫饼干即将出炉
  • 9.第一次用了20分钟。颜色偏深。脆脆的。
  • 10.建议烤好出炉不要立即食用。会偏上火。隔天食用很好吃哦
  • 11.第二次用了14分钟。颜色有淡淡的抹茶颜色。口感不错
