Steps to make 韭菜木耳炒肉丝

  • 1.主要食材:泡发好黑木耳、韭菜、猪肉
  • 2.猪肉切丝,肥瘦分开。
  • 3.瘦肉放入碗中,加入料酒、少许食盐、蚝油、胡椒粉淀粉 抓匀腌渍几分钟
  • 4.木耳切丝、韭菜切段、切血葱姜末备用
  • 5.锅中放底油,放入肥肉丝煸炒
  • 6.煸炒至肥肉吐油,放入腌渍好的瘦肉丝滑炒。
  • 7.炒至刚刚变色,放入葱姜末煸炒
  • 8.煸炒出葱姜末香味,放入木耳丝翻炒
  • 9.加入食盐、酱油、蚝油翻炒均匀
  • 10.加入切好的韭菜段大火快炒
  • 11.炒至韭菜稍微断生即可关火盛出。
