鲜奶油蛋糕(浓郁的奶油芳香)
浓郁奶油味道的奶油蛋糕~感觉做法是挺简单的~可能因为挤入模具的时候,挤的太少~都没有太鼓的感觉呢~但是那种淡淡的奶香~超级喜欢的说!~【分量为5-6个】

  • 低筋面粉100g
  • 黄油65g
  • 鸡蛋30g
  • 细砂糖50g
  • 淡奶油80g
  • 炼乳10g
  • 泡打粉1/2小勺(2.5ml)
  • 1/4小勺(1.25ml)

Steps to make 鲜奶油蛋糕(浓郁的奶油芳香)

  • 1.先准备好材料
  • 2.黄油要切成小块状,放置直到软化,但注意不能完全让黄油融化成液态。
  • 3.黄油里加入细砂糖和盐,用电动打蛋机打发。
  • 4.一直搅到黄油颜色变浅,体积感觉比较蓬松,大约需要3-5分钟
  • 5.鸡蛋打散后,分2次倒入黄油内,然后继续用打蛋机打发,必须打到鸡蛋和黄油完全融合后,才可以加入第二次。随后加入10g炼乳,搅打均匀。
  • 6.加入鸡蛋和炼乳并打发完成的黄油如图
  • 7.在打发好的黄油内倒入淡奶油,此时不需要搅拌~
  • 8.低筋面粉和泡打粉混合,然后可以用筛筛入打发好的黄油内
  • 9.然后用橡皮刮刀进行再次搅拌,直到面粉、淡奶油、黄油完全混合为面糊状。
  • 10.把面糊放进裱花袋,挤入模具,大概一半多一点。
  • 11.放入已经预热好的180度烤箱内,烤20分钟,直到完全膨胀,即可出炉~
  • 12.蛋糕组织松软、细腻~
