金色香酥苹果派

Steps to make 金色香酥苹果派

  • 1.先将80g黄油软化,加入50g细砂糖,用打蛋器搅打至糖微化;
  • 2.加入打散的鸡蛋液,搅打至糖化;
  • 3.筛入250g低筋面粉;
  • 4.搅拌均匀后将其揉成面团;用保鲜膜封好之后放入冰箱冷藏30分钟;
  • 5.冷藏的过程中可以制作苹果馅,将50g无盐黄油放入锅中融化,加入白砂糖,搅拌均匀,直至糖融合, 倒入切碎的苹果丁;
  • 6.慢慢翻炒至苹果变软,加入柠檬汁,翻炒均匀即可,放凉备用;
  • 7.将冷藏好的面团取出用三分之二做派底,铺在保鲜膜上用擀面杖擀平至3毫米左右的厚度;
  • 8.将其覆盖在派盘模具上,边缘弄整齐并均匀的扎上一些小孔;
  • 9.派皮底部弄完后,将冷却完的苹果馅倒入,铺匀;
  • 10.将剩余的面团继续擀平,切割成宽度均匀的面条,交错放于馅料上,最后涂上蛋液;
  • 11.烤箱210度预热5分钟,上火190度,下火210度,中层,烘烤25-30分钟;
  • 12.烤至苹果派表面金黄色即可,烘烤时间可根据自己家的烤箱火力调节5分钟!
