桂花红枣南瓜蒸
甜枣红欲滴,润肺滋补味
红枣,又名大枣,其维生素含量非常高,有“天然维生素丸”的美誉,具有滋阴补阳,补血之功效,民间还有着有“日食三颗枣,百岁不显老”之说。
早在西周时期人们就开始利用红枣发酵酿造红枣酒,作为上乘贡品,宴请宾朋。红枣的营养保健作用,在远古时期就被人们发现并利用,《诗经》已有“八月剥枣”的记载了。《礼记》上有“枣栗饴蜜以甘之”,并用于菜肴制作。
唐代盂诜所著《必效方》中记载了将红枣、银耳和冰糖一起蒸煮,可止咳润肺。再加入健脾和胃的南瓜、提神醒脑的糖桂花,一碗香甜满溢的蒸品不仅让人食指大动,而且有着丰富的养生功效。

Steps to make 桂花红枣南瓜蒸

  • 1.南瓜清洗干净,去皮去瓤,切小块,红枣去核后切块,其中2颗红枣去核后切成两半。
  • 2.在容器底部铺上2/3撕成小块的银耳,撒上红枣块、一半冰糖,之后码放南瓜。
  • 3.最上层铺满剩下的银耳,切成两半的红枣,水果丁和剩下的冰糖,撒入干桂花。
  • 4.方太蒸箱选择普通蒸模式,当温度达到100℃,把碗放入蒸盘中,置入蒸箱下层, 蒸20分钟,直到冰糖融化即可。盛出后表面淋上糖桂花。
