  • 1.小锅里加入300克的水煮沸,加入适量的冰糖煮至化开
  • 2.加入适量的蜂蜜煮1-2分钟
  • 3.取80克水,把15克的鱼胶粉倒入其中,充分的溶解
  • 4.把溶解好的鱼胶粉倒入桂花糖水中搅拌均匀
  • 5.把煮好的糖水桂花倒入模具里
  • 6.待糖水晾凉至常温时加入适量的蜂蜜搅拌均匀
  • 7.放入冰箱冷藏6-12小时即可
