板栗小米粥
板栗营养价值很高,而且香甜味美。在这个板栗季节里,我几乎的天天都要买板栗,除了烤了吃,做菜吃,用它做粥也是很不错的。今天用它和小米一起煲粥,养胃又补肾,加了黑枣进去,还有补血的功效,是一款好喝的养生粥。

Steps to make 板栗小米粥

  • 1.板栗开水煮2分钟后剥皮取肉,黑枣清洗干净
  • 2.燕麦片用水清洗后稍微浸泡一下。
  • 3.锅中水烧至50度左右即放入所有食材,
  • 4.大火煮开后转小火慢慢熬,大约30分钟左右,
  • 5.粥熬到很浓稠就可以了,味道也很香甜。就是晚上做的,光线太暗啦。
