  • 鲜虾10只
  • 午餐肉1片
  • 熟玉米粒30g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 圣女果3个
  • 苦苣1棵
  • 橄榄油2勺
  • 小石窖小海鲜拌汁调味料25g
  • 料酒1勺
  • 花椒20粒

Steps to make 鲜虾意面沙拉

  • 1.准备好需要的食材。
  • 2.鲜虾去壳去虾线,冲洗干净,加料酒和黑胡椒腌制15分钟。
  • 3.意面放入沸腾的水中,加少许盐和几滴橄榄,煮10分钟至熟,捞出沥干水分。
  • 4.热锅倒入橄榄油,放入虾仁翻炒至熟,盛出。
  • 5.把切好的午餐肉入锅煎至微焦。
  • 6.往锅中重新加入意面和虾仁,关火。
  • 7.加入熟玉米粒,倒入小海鲜拌汁。
  • 8.翻拌均匀即可装盘。
  • 9.把苦苣铺在盘底,食材装盘,放上切好的鸡蛋和圣女果即可。
