没有添加剂的纯正口感—自制鲜藕粉
莲藕的营养价值很高,不但富含铁、钙等微量元素,植物蛋白质、维生素以及淀粉含量也非常丰富,有明显的补益气血,增强人体免疫力作用。
藕粉是久负盛誉的传统滋养食品,无论营养价值还是药疗作用,都很好。除含淀粉、葡萄糖、蛋白质外,还含有钙、铁、磷及多种维生素。中医认为藕能补五脏,和脾胃,益血补气。生藕性味甘凉,熟食其性也由凉变温,既易于消化,又有生津清热、养胃滋阴、健脾益气、养血止血之功效。
藕粉是一种不带麸质的粉未,用干燥的莲根磨制而成,相对比较费时,所以我就用新鲜的莲藕来做新鲜的藕粉,外表晶莹剔透,口感无比的嫩滑,没有任何杂质。无论自己,还是孩子、老人都非常的适合。(如果家中有桂花,加少许,会更清香。)
“荷莲一身宝,冬藕最补人”。在这个冬天,为咬不动莲藕的孩子和长辈多做上几碗鲜藕粉吧。

Steps to make 没有添加剂的纯正口感—自制鲜藕粉

  • 1.材料图。(莲藕、冰糖)
  • 2.先准备一碗清水。
  • 3.莲藕洗净去皮,切成小丁,放入清水中浸泡。
  • 4.料理机装上过滤器。
  • 5.把藕丁装入过滤器内,同时倒入浸泡莲藕的清水。
  • 6.搅拌成汁。
  • 7.搅拌好的藕汁倒入砂锅内。(注意不要拿掉盖子,否则过滤器就松掉,藕渣就会渗入藕汁中)
  • 8.等倒完的时候,先前倒入的藕汁里的藕粉会沉淀在底部。
  • 9.用个汤勺先把藕粉汁搅拌均匀。然后再开中火,待锅热起以后,改成小火。
  • 10.边煮边搅拌,直至藕粉透明黏糊,并熟透。中途加入冰糖。
