盆栽芝士蛋糕

  • 低筋面粉80克
  • 60克 + 30克
  • 牛奶55克

  • 3克
  • 白醋几滴
  • 香草精几滴
  • 吉利丁片3片
  • 牛奶100克
  • 奶油奶酪150克
  • 奶油300克
  • 30克
  • 柠檬汁几滴
  • 奥利奥饼干1小包

Steps to make 盆栽芝士蛋糕

  • 1.将蛋黄和蛋清分别打入两个容器中,要保证蛋清盆中无水无油,蛋黄的盆中加入牛奶、油、盐和糖;
  • 2. 将蛋黄混合液搅拌均匀;
  • 3. 再加入过了筛的低筋面粉;
  • 4. 加入几滴香草精; 充分搅拌均匀备用;
  • 5. 将蛋清打起搅拌后加入另外60克糖的三分之一; 分三次加入糖,打发蛋白;
  • 6. 加入几滴白醋,继续打发蛋白;
  • 7. 直到打发好的蛋清能竖立起小三角;
  • 8.将打发好的蛋清的三分之一倒入混合好的蛋黄液中,将它们搅拌均匀;
  • 9. 将搅拌好的液体再倒入剩余的三分之二蛋清中,将它们搅拌均匀;
  • 10. 倒入烤盘中抹平, 放入烤箱前先振动两下:
  • 11. 预热好160度烤箱中, 中下层18分钟;
  • 12. 烤好后拿出来倒扣,稍凉后揭去烘烤布;
  • 13. 按花盆的底部取大小直径的蛋糕;
  • 14. 吉利丁片冷水泡软;
  • 15.牛奶和奶油奶酪隔水融化, 不停的搅拌;
  • 16. 完全融化后将挤干水分的吉利丁片放入里面, 不停的搅拌直至完全融化;
  • 17. 加入几滴柠檬汁, 搅拌均匀, 拿出来放凉备用;
  • 18. 动物性奶油打发到七、八分, 半凝固状态;
  • 19. 将奶油奶酪的混合液倒入打发的奶油中, 搅拌均匀备用;
  • 20. 将蛋糕片垫入盆栽盆中,再倒入些混合液,
  • 21.再垫入蛋糕片, 再铺上奶酪液,直至到花盆口;
  • 22. 将奥利奥饼干去除中心馅,放入保鲜袋中用擀面杖擀碎粒;
  • 23. 将奥利奥饼干放在花盆上面,上面插上薄荷叶;
  • 24.芝士蛋糕盆栽就做好了, 来尝尝吧。
