脆底小面包,又叫韩国馒头,曾经风靡街头。这种美味的小面包,自己在家也能轻松做出来,这次我用了酸奶和面,使烤好的面包口感更香更软。

Steps to make 酸奶脆底面包

  • 1.面包机内桶中依次加入酸奶,鸡蛋、精盐、绵白糖和玉米油,
  • 2.再加入高筋面粉和酵母粉,
  • 3.启动面包机和面25分钟,饧发40分钟,
  • 4.将饧发好的面团,揉搓排气,
  • 5.分割成6份,滚圆,松弛5分钟,
  • 6.在烤盘内刷一层油,底部撒上一层黑芝麻,
  • 7.取一个松弛好的面团,擀长,
  • 8.卷起,
  • 9.从中间切开,
  • 10.全部做好后,码入烤盘,
  • 11.二发后,表面刷一层全蛋液,
  • 12.入预热好的烤箱,上火180度,下火200度,中层,烤15分钟。
