红烧排骨
这是一款非常好送饭的菜,俺家的小帅哥特爱,每次做这个菜的时候,总要煮多点饭,并且要一上菜就得马上霸位子吃饭,要不然,晚一点点都只能捡骨头啃,呵呵

  • 新鲜中排750克
  • 叉烧酱2汤匙
  • 白砂糖2茶匙
  • 料酒2茶匙
  • 姜丝小许

Steps to make 红烧排骨

  • 1.把所有材料备好。
  • 2.姜去皮,切丝。
  • 3.排骨洗干净。
  • 4.并用厨房纸吸干水份备用。
  • 5.把吸干水的中排放进一个大盆里,加入所有的腌料,搅拌均匀。
  • 6.盖上保鲜膜,放进冰箱的冰藏中腌制4小时以上(时间越长越入味)。
  • 7.烤盆上铺上锡纸。
  • 8.把腌好的中排整齐地摆进烤盆。
  • 9.烤箱200度预热10分钟,10分钟后调回175度,把摆放好的排骨放进预热好的烤箱中的中下层,烤箱上下火20分钟后,取出烤盆,将排骨翻面,再烤20分钟。
  • 10.叮当一声,色香味全的排骨就出炉了。这道非常简单快捷,非常适合上班一族,下班的时候把排骨买回来洗干净腌好,第二天下班后再烤,方便。
