  • 1.备材料
  • 2. 水与三个红茶包放一起煮至出味
  • 3. 取出茶包后加进淡奶油
  • 4.奶茶煮至微沸后关火晾凉
  • 5.蛋分几次加在黄油里打至均匀
  • 6.红糖分三次放蛋油里打均匀后,加30克奶茶同样打均匀
  • 7.投过筛的低粉、高粱粉、泡打粉 、一包红茶粉
  • 8.粉浆拌均匀
  • 9.加蔓越莓30克
  • 10.取蛋糕模,倒进粉浆,再撒20克蔓越莓在表面
  • 11.烤箱上火170度,下火180度烤35分钟
  • 12.取出晾凉食用
