    Steps to make 水晶皮冻

    • 1.肉皮....
    • 2.葱、姜、香叶、八角、盐、桂皮。
    • 3.锅中烧水煮沸,放入肉皮煮五分钟,捞出过凉水。
    • 4.贴着肉皮用刀片去肉皮表面的肥肉,如果有猪毛的话也要清理干净。
    • 5.用清水洗净,切成小丁。
    • 6.锅中水烧开,放入肉皮、葱、姜、香叶、八角、桂皮,大火煮开后,小火继续煮两个小时加盐调味。
    • 7.将所有香料及葱姜捞起。
    • 8.煮好的肉皮的连汤汁一起倒入容器中,放入冰箱冷藏约三四个小时至凝固;吃得时候将肉皮冻从容器中取出,切片,加调味料即可。
