Steps to make 韩式大酱汤

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.淘米水准备好。
  • 3.萝卜,西葫芦,豆腐全部切小块备用。
  • 4.锅中加一些清水放入小干鱼,大火煮10分钟。
  • 5.另取一个汤锅把煮鱼干的水加入,小鱼不要。
  • 6.在倒入淘米水。
  • 7.加入两勺大酱,一勺辣椒酱,用汤勺把酱轻轻搅拌开。
  • 8.锅置火上加入萝卜,西葫芦,黄豆芽。
  • 9.大火煮开,用汤勺把上面的浮沫撇去,可重复几次。
  • 10.煮上10-15分钟左右加入葱段和里脊肉片把肉片滑散。
  • 11.再把豆腐摆放入汤锅中,继续煮上5分钟。
  • 12.最后再把尖椒圈和蒜末加入,加一点盐和鸡精调味关火。
