家常如意豆瓣鲫鱼

  • 郫县豆瓣酱2茶匙

Steps to make 家常如意豆瓣鲫鱼

  • 1.准备好金针菇、鲫鱼、姜、蒜。
  • 2.鲫鱼收拾干净,鱼身剔斜刀好入味;大蒜洗净切段;生姜切片备用。
  • 3.均匀抹上一层梅花盐,腌制15分钟。
  • 4.锅中油热,爆姜片。
  • 5.姜片拨一边,下入鲫鱼。
  • 6.至两面微黄。
  • 7.锅中油热爆香大蒜。
  • 8.大蒜拨一边,加入郫县豆瓣酱。
  • 9.豆瓣酱炒出红油,和大蒜炒匀。放入煎好的鲫鱼,加适量冷水,煮开。
  • 10.倒入金针菇。
  • 11.煮2分钟。
  • 12.淋入生抽提味。烧好的鲫鱼,调好味,盛入盘中。
