Steps to make 酸辣藕丁

  • 1.将藕去皮,冲洗干净,顺切成条,顶刀切成方丁。
  • 2.放清水中浸泡一会儿。
  • 3.锅中加水烧开,放入藕丁,再放少许白醋。
  • 4.待藕变色即可捞出,放清水中冲洗干净,控干水分。
  • 5.炒锅放油烧热,放干辣椒段、蒜蓉、姜片爆香。
  • 6.放入藕丁翻炒均匀。
  • 7.放适量盐。
  • 8.放少许白糖。
  • 9.放入白醋。
  • 10.放少许味精,翻炒均匀即可。
  • 11.出锅前放少许青椒。
  • 12.成品。酸辣脆爽。
