傣味烤豆腐
在微信上申请了长帝Man32K新烤箱的试用,没想到申请通过了,把拿到手的新烤箱处理好后我要先用它烤一些傣味豆腐过过嘴瘾,好长时间没烤豆腐了心里想得慌。来过云南西双版纳的朋友们一定忘不了傣家的烧烤。傣家人烹制烧烤的方法既简单又方便,只要有火、有竹子和绿叶,就能烤出各种美味的食物。傣族烧烤一般都是把食物用竹棍夹着放炭火上烤,现在城里很少有人家烧炭火了,都使用电磁炉或是液化灶做饭,而且竹条也不是随时随手都能拿到的,所以今天的这款傣味豆腐我是用烤箱代替炭火来烤的,用烤箱烤无油烟吃着也更健康。

  • 豆腐卤干300g
  • 大芫荽3棵
  • 小米辣3个
  • 1头
  • 一小勺
  • 食用油少许
  • 小葱3棵
  • 香菜2棵
  • 仔姜一小块
  • 生抽一汤匙
  • 味精少许

Steps to make 傣味烤豆腐

  • 1.准备上述材料。
  • 2.材料洗干净后,把香葱、香菜、大芫荽、小米辣切好,仔姜和大蒜剁碎备用。
  • 3.把切好的作料放入一个大碗里,放入一汤匙生抽、一小勺盐、一汤匙食用油和少许的味精拌匀后备用。
  • 4.取一块豆腐干,用刀慢慢把豆腐片到末端,片成相连的两片。
  • 5.把上层的豆腐片掀起,舀入一些之前拌好的作料平铺在中间。
  • 6.放了作料的豆腐块用热水烫过的香茅草捆起来。
  • 7.烤箱铺一层锡纸,把捆好的豆腐块一一码在烤盘里。
  • 8.放入150度预热的烤箱里烤5分钟。
  • 9.5分钟后取出来,两面分钟别上一层食用油,再放入烤箱里继续烤5分钟。
  • 10.再次取出来,两面分别刷上一层烧烤辣椒粉,放入烤箱里烤两、三分钟后即可取出来食用。
