    Steps to make 花旗参鸡汤

    • 1.将半只鸡去掉皮。
    • 2.花胶用热水浸泡至软切块。
    • 3.花旗参浸泡至软切成小块。
    • 4.花菇也浸泡至软切成小块。
    • 5.先将半只去皮鸡以及切成块的花胶放入压力锅内。
    • 6.然后依次把花旗参、花菇、以及浸泡过的淮山、陈皮、红枣统统放入。
    • 7.注入半锅清水大火煮沸约半小时,熄火。喝之前打开锅盖再稍加热放少许盐即可饮用。
